Aries

Stop (left) - 9 of Pentacles
Anchor (center) - The Emperor (R)
Start (right) - 10 of Cups (R)
OK Aries, I admit that this does not look good. Things were supposed to get better when Mars (your ruler) went direct. Unfortunately, Mars went direct in the sign of Cancer.
Underneath your deck, you have the 3 of Swords. It's easy to look at this card and see heartbreak.—a heart with swords going through it. I look at this card and try to see 3 plus Swords, as in abundance of thoughts, which can certain cause heartbreak. And this is one of those cases where I think it can be both. If I had to guess, this is one of those times where true insight fell on you like a cartoon piano and broke you.
And now you don't know what's true anymore. We can probably attribute that to Neptune, the planet of illusions, moving into the sign of Aries. You're looking around at the life you've built for yourself and just seeing pain.
For your Stop card, we have the 9 of Pentacles. And on this other side of her is the Knight of Pentacles. I think you have been working really hard—you have been contributing to a team, or so you thought, at least. You thought everyone else was also working as hard as you.
And now the insight has struck like a knife in the back—that it was all you, baby! You haven't been supported and you haven't felt the warmth of the community that you thought you had. If the community was ever warm, it's because you lit the fire. That same comfort was never extended back to you, though.
This, of course, is not how I would normally read these two cards together (the 9 and Knight), but they make sense considering your Start card. We have the 10 of Cups in reverse. It sent a little bit of a shiver down my spine when I flipped this card over and saw it in this position. The 10 of cups is supposed to be a happy time! Where, not only are you happy in a personal sense, but you're happy in the context of a community that supports you.
Unfortunately, it would appear that the invitation is to confront that reality—to process it. Maybe it is time leave to leave it behind, but not necessarily. The card after this is the 5 of Wands. This could very much be to fight for the community you want—to have the hard conversation and stand up for yourself. And maybe even also stand up for others in the community who feel similarly.
You have to ask yourself at this juncture: is this something that you want to save, knowing what you know now? Is this still what you want? Because you feel betrayed and heartbroken, and it is in Aries nature to react before thinking, give yourself that buffer to think long and hard about what your next step should be.
You can fight for it and build back better. Or you can say your piece and build something different in a different place. Only you are going to be able to answer this. Sit with it. Take your time. Your anchor card is in reverse, so let's honor that you might not be completely clear in this moment. Let the dust settle.
Taurus

Stop (left) - The Fool
Anchor (center) - The Hierophant (R)
Start (right) - The Chariot (R)
Oof, Taurus. This is wild as a spread. It's really funny for Taurus, fixed Earth, to have The Fool in the Stop position. Like, you were trying to take a big leap, and try something completely different, and that is just so against type for you. In any other situation, I would encourage this kind of thing for you! What’s really funny is all of the rest of the cards putting this into context.
On the other side of The Fool, you have the 9 of Cups—a happy guy! Almost the most cups you can have! So this leap felt good in your heart. You thought making this leap would maybe take you from the 9 to the 10. You thought it would be emotionally fulfilling to take the big leap.
However. Underneath the deck, you have the 10 of Pentacles in reverse. I think you tried to tell yourself that this was a good emotional investment. But let's be real, Taurus. You are not a water sign and you are not a mutable sign. You are not even Aquarius (The Fool). At the risk of being reductive, you get your sense of comfort and fulfillment from Pentacle-flavored things: security, having enough funds, feeling the ground beneath your feet, feeling supported by the earth. You played yourself, Taurus.
It is possible that this realization has already hit you on a conscious level, but maybe it hasn’t yet. I'm just looking at more cards underneath the deck. After the 10, we have the Ace of Pentacles upright, Judgment upright, and then 5 of Pentacles upright. If you haven't already leapt, you're starting to doubt it. If you have already leapt, you're starting to regret it and feel the ramifications of this Foolish action. That 5 of Pentacles is really loud—change in fortune, as a result of your action, going from the 10 to the 1. I feel like I can feel the dysregulation oozing off of you.
Anyway. Onto your Start card. Not looking much better. We have The Chariot in reverse. You hate to see it. This is big—all major arcana. Big “Accept Your L” energy. If you already took the leap, acknowledging that was not the right move would appear to be the invitation. And if you have not leapt yet, then the course of action appears to be: don't move and stay put.
After The Chariot, we do have The Hanged Man and the 4 of Swords, both of which are saying reevaluate and rest.
It's really funny. Tying this all together is The Hierophant in reverse. This is one of the cards that a lot of readers have trouble with. I think, for Taurus, tradition has value. You tried to subvert expectations and look at where it landed you. I generally love to see the Hierophant upside down, because that means he's trying something different and breaking away from outdated ways of doing. But sometimes traditions are traditions for a very good reason. I think, in either case, whether you've leapt or not, pondering and napping are what the moment calls for. Let's dream up something different.

Gemini

Stop (left) - The High Priestess (R)
Anchor (center) - The Lovers
Start (right) - Queen of Pentacles (R)
Gemini, I know that you are not a water sign but that doesn't mean you have to abandon your intuition. In your Stop position, we have The High Priestess in reverse and it just feels suspiciously straightforward. On the other side of her, we do have the Queen of Swords, which really sort of emphasizes that you have been trying to trust logic over intuition.
Intuition is really important and valid information. This is something a lot of people struggle with because we have been socialized in such a way as to dismiss our gut as invalid. It's just information. It just can't be plotted on a chart. You know that you know, and you don't know why you know. Per society, you can't really defend it or explain it and therefore it's not real—a fact is only as real as your ability to explain it.
I understand this. The High Priestess is just here to remind you that you have even more information at your disposal. Hopefully this reframe makes it click for you. Imagine having access to information that no one else has. That is the information that your body is telling you, in a language that no one else can hear or understand. These are the subconscious dots you have connected. These are your secrets, your special sauce.
I think the body connection is really important, considering your Start card: the Queen of Pentacles in reverse. After her, we do have the 10 of Wands in reverse, but then there’s The Empress. You are the only one who can connect to your body, specifically. You cannot outsource the process of connecting with your body. There is no translation guide that will help you with this. You basically have to do it yourself and it is of utmost importance, hence the 10 of Wands.
The process of connecting your body requires a tremendous amount of trust in yourself and your ability to speak the language of your body. The Queen of Pentacles in reverse is about supporting yourself in your own body—helping yourself feel more comfortable in your own body. In order to tell you its secrets, your body needs to feel safe and believe you will hear it. And I know you want those secrets.
I am not really qualified personally to teach you the finer points of connecting to your body and to your intuition. There are a lot of other practitioners out there who might be able to guide you. Unfortunately, though, it is mostly on you. Observe your patterns, log year data and review it. Consider yourself your own special interest and science project. See what you learn.

Cancer

Stop (left) - Justice
Anchor (center) - The Chariot (R)
Start (right) - 4 of Pentacles
Oof, Cancer. I know you are tired. Mars being with you for so long is surely quite a dysregulating force. But for real, though I see the 9 of Wands in reverse underneath your deck and acknowledge your exhaustion. Trying to save everybody, trying to stay in a bad situation to keep the peace, doing everything yourself so you don't have to ask anyone else to help (or rely on anyone else to follow through on their word)—that sort of thing.
For your Stop card, we do have Justice, which is always super funny to see like this. The obvious and facile interpretation of this is stop being so fair, but, like, what is fair? What is balance? What is law? What is peace? What peace are you trying to keep that isn't real?
Justice is concerned with trying your best to get the most equitable and fair outcome for all parties. Which is noble, in theory. It's possible we might be being a little too literal brain about this, though. I do think you have a really strong sense of Justice, but it's possible it skewed.
There's something you're not taking into account, and I think that thing is you. If what you're doing was really fair and equitable, would you be feeling so exhausted? Is everyone around you also exhausted? Because if not, I think we need to redo the calculus on this.
There is this concept in math of “the limit.” You've probably heard that “the limit does not exist.” The instant I said calculus, this flew into my head. And I am here to remind you that “the limit” in fact does exist. And that your limit has been hit. Probably far surpassed, even. All in the spirit of what you believed to be objectively fair or The Right Thing To Do TM.
So let's look at our Stop card for this week. You have the 4 of Pentacles. Four is a number of stability and protection, associated with The Emperor, who exists sort of opposite of Justice, in the same way that Aries is opposite of Libra. This is reminding you to take yourself into account when you do the math. And not this idealized version of yourself, but The Reality Of You.
The 4 of Pentacles can be seen as a card of frugality, and when you hear a word like frugality, it's easy to make a connection to things like money. But pentacles pertain to a lot of different things: like your connection to your body, the food you eat, the energy you expend, et cetera. This card is asking you to get real about what you're actually able to offer and get more conservative about your actual ability to get things done.
I think that once you can really confront this and integrate it, you'll actually be more effective and strategic. Four energy also invites you to take stock of what's actually important and valuable to you, then 2estsarhfocus on those things.

Leo

Stop (left) - 3 of Swords
Anchor (center) - Strength (R)
Start (right) - The Wheel of Fortune (R)
First things first, Leo. You are a fire sign, not an air sign. You are wand-flavored, not sword-flavored. Underneath your deck, you have the 3 of Wands. I think you have really big plans and I get the sense that you're itching to act on them.
The problem is you have this 3 of Swords in the Stop position. This really feels like you have been in study mode. I see swords and I think communication, thoughts, information sort of things. And I see the 3 as being an abundance—a plethora, as in an amount that is so much that it's a problem. So these two 3s are at odds.
I think you thought you were supposed to think really hard before jumping into it, but I feel like that just doesn't always suit fire signs. Fire wants to go. Fire wants to build the plane as we fly it. Fire wants to figure things out as we go. Fire is trial by doing. It’s experimentation. Fire learns so much more when it fails.
There are some people who will research the work of others to learn and learn and learn, so they don't have to do things the hard way. But I feel like that's just not who you are. And you are trying to do that because it seems logical—or rather, someone convinced you that was logical. But it's against type.
Which brings us to our Start card. Here we have The Wheel of Fortune in reverse, which ties this all up in a nice little package. Leo, you have to embrace failure. Make peace with falling on your face because this is how you learn. This is real world data. This is further supported by the 8 of Wands showing up after The Wheel, reminding you that you are wand-flavored and that fire is your Strength. It is an 8, just like your anchor.
This one feels really straightforward, so Leo just learn by doing. Don't worry about all the books and the scholars—that's nerd stuff. What works for them doesn't work for you, and vice versa. Embrace your process. Become the scientist.

Virgo

Stop (left) - Justice
Anchor (center) - The Hermit
Start (right) - Queen of Pentacles (R)
To jump right into it, you have Justice for your Stop card. Always weird and surprising to see. One the surface, for Justice, it seems pretty obvious what we're talking about. But there is more underneath the surface. Bonus content! Justice is associated with several different things. It has the astrological correspondence of Libra, which is really interesting—sort of a spiritual opposite of Virgo: a very social creature, an air sign concerned with harmony, even over The Truth.
Justice also pertains to things like: fairness, balance, equity, et cetera. But perhaps most relevantly, rules. The Justice system is a system that upholds rules—rules that are decided by other people. Sometimes they make sense and sometimes they don’t. They are rules that supposedly make the most amount of sense for the most amount of people—a really utilitarian and egalitarian approach that does not take the needs of the individual into account.
But there are always extenuating circumstances and justice does not always accommodate those. Virgo, what are some rules that you are upholding that don't work for you? The word “dogma” came to mind just now. In what way are you an extenuating circumstance with a special case? The rules were created for a reason, but they don't consider you.
What rules are you continuing to follow out of a sense of moral or social obligation? Is this a rule that you came up with for yourself? Is this a rule that you got from an institution: like society, your parents, your church, et cetera?
With that in mind, we move to your Start card this week. We have the Queen of Pentacles in reverse. When this Queen presents in the upright, I think domestic goddess. I see someone who is very concerned with making sure that everyone around them is comfortable and feels supported. When this Queen presents in the reverse, one interpretation I see is turning that concern for comfort and support inward.
The invitation this week appears to be make sure that you feel comforted and supported—specifically by abandoning rules that stifle, obstruct or otherwise undermine you. What “rules” can go in their place? Because this is pentacle-flavored, there could be a body component to this, or there could be a financial component to this. Maybe even food or health in a more general sense.
Basically, though, how can you better accommodate your own specific needs? How can you set yourself up for success that rejects rules of olde? I think that once you can properly accommodate yourself, you will really like the way it makes you feel. All of a sudden, when you're properly supported, you'll be able to more easily do the things you always wanted to do.

Libra

Stop (left) - 5 of Swords (R)
Anchor (center) - Justice (R)
Start (right) - King of Wands
Libra, this one’s kind of spicy. First and foremost, your anchor is in the inverse, so I think you're probably feeling off. Maybe there's something deep down inside of you—a generalized anxiety that you can't quite put your finger on. Hopefully, this will help you zero in on whatever that is.
Underneath your deck, you have the 8 of Cups. You are fantasizing about leaving and greener pastures. That is the fixation of your subconscious, maybe even your conscious self, as well. And I for one, fully believe that you are right.
For your Stop card, we have the 5 of Swords in reverse. This, paired with the inverted Justice card, just really leads me to believe that you are having this internal friction, where you think you have to be the bigger person because “it's the right thing to do.” The unhealed Libra in you wants to forgive. Wants to give people the benefit of the doubt. Wants to extend to others the grace that was denied to you.
Wants to make the best out of the bad situation. Because you would way rather have peace on the outside and war on the inside, rather than the inverse. Because if the war is on the inside, you are the general and you can have control over it. At least that's what you tell yourself.
But. Is this really fair? Is this the right thing to be doing? Should this grace be extended? Justice also deals in karma. Truly bad behavior doesn't need to be rewarded. Sometimes, in fact, it is imperative that consequences be felt. I've said this before in other contexts, but it is not kind to intervene in the karma of others. It is not kind to interfere in those lessons. That feels really important to point out.
For your Start card, we have the King of Wands. I really like this. This also brings us back to the 8 of Cups. I think this is a guy who allows himself to see the big picture. Wands are imaginative and are also action oriented. They represent the element of fire. They spread, maybe a little bit recklessly. But that's part of the fun.
The King of Wands knows he can overcome any challenge. He knows that he is in charge. He knows what is actually needed to secure the victory. Because it's not whatever it is you were doing. This guy is confident. He is the vision and the moment. He is the master of his own destiny. And he recognizes when it is time to move on. This is further supported by the Page of Wands being immediately after the King.
Mercury Retrograde is coming to a close pretty soon, if that’s what you were waiting on. Your fantasies of wandering and starting a new journey are closer than you think. This is your new mission should you choose to accept it. What can you do today to make this happen and set yourself up for success?
I also just feel really compelled to remind you that you are worthy of a future that makes you happy. Any model of fairness for your own life is going to take you into account. Happy Spring!
Scorpio

Stop (left) - Ace of Cups
Anchor (center) - Death
Start (right) - The Emperor (R)
Scorpio, I do not think you're going to like this, and for that I am sorry. This might feel like I'm poking you. And I kind of am.
Underneath your deck, you have the 7 of Pentacles in reverse. Subconsciously, I think you have this fear that: you’re not doing enough; that all of this work you are doing isn't going to yield the results you're looking for; the work won't be as lucrative as you would or won't be enough to sustain you. That's just what we have underneath the deck.
For your Stop card this week, we have the Ace of Cups. This one's pretty straightforward: no new water-flavored endeavors, as in creative, spiritual or emotional. Like, if you want to start a new art project or if you're looking for a new friendship, now is not the time. It is a distraction.
This feels really weird and wrong and bad because, Scorpio, you are a water sign, and you feel like it is your right to do water stuff whenever you want. But you're more than just a water sign—you're also co-ruled by Mars, forever concerned with forward momentum. And Mars is in Cancer, the sign of its fall—the place it hates to be the most. So things are weird right now.
Which brings us to your Start cart. We have The Emperor in reverse. The Emperor has the astrological correspondence to Aries, the other sign who is ruled by Mars. The Emperor is followed by the 8 of Wands in reverse. Both of these together have a pretty loud message of: reject urgency, reject control. Trust the process. The invitation is just to slow down and surrender. This is the part that I figured you wouldn't like.
Mars likes to move. The Emperor though is wise enough to know when it is time to move and when it is time to not move. Or to move more slowly, precisely. His attacks are strategic, ideally.
Typically, at the end of the horoscopes, if any appear, I will recommend a sign or a planet to look further into for clarification and to make the reading even more targeted and personal to you. This time, we have Aries, and a bunch of stuff is in Aries right now. If you are astrologically inclined, I encourage you to take a deeper dive into the house or houses ruled by Aries and zero in on where you are being invited to slow down.
If it is your 10th house, it could be career or public life. If it is your 7th house, it could be relationships or contracts. If it 12th house, it could refer to endings or spirituality. This will help you out I think.
Taking a slower approach will help you balance and feel like there is ground underneath you that supports you. It'll make you feel stronger and more stable. And when you feel more stable, your work will feel easier and more natural, more aligned. I’m sure this feels counterintuitive. But just the process. Or don't and see what happens.

Sagittarius

Stop (left) - 9 of Pentacles
Anchor (center) - Temperance
Start (right) - Ace of Wands
Sagittarius, are you bored? It's fine—I know the answer. This one feels like what I have been telling Gemini lately.
I get the sense that you are really excited about something and I am really excited for you. You have The World underneath your deck. Your sights are big. You feel the gravity of the cycle you've just completed and the cycle you are about to begin. In case it is relevant, The World can also pertain to travel, so maybe you are thinking about going somewhere different to launch the next phase of your life plan.
I do feel also compelled to remind you that The World does have the astrological correlation to Saturn. I flipped this over and my first thought was like: oh! Saturn's blessing on whatever it is you are trying to do next. The I’s are dotted. The T's are crossed. You are ready and allowed to move on.
So. With that in mind, we do have for your Stop card the 9 of Pentacles. Another card that suggests and acknowledges the end of a cycle. You did a damn good job! There is a certain appeal to taking a moment to luxuriate and rest on your laurels,. But that is not for you. You're really proud of the work you did and I get the sense that you are content to move on. Which, of course, is the invitation.
On the other side of the 9 of Pentacles, we do have the 4 of Wands, which could suggest that you are also ready to move on from a community. It doesn't look like they offended you or did you wrong. It's just that sometimes, you outgrow people. There’s nothing malicious about it. Being Jupiter-ruled, I’m sure this is a pattern for you. It’s not like you use people and then discard them. It's more like: this was the crowd that made sense for this era. You had a good enough time, but now you get to go your own separate ways. All good things come to an end. All parties blessed with the lessons and fun had along the way.
This brings us to your Start card, the Ace of Wands. What is this new and exciting thing? The Ace, like all of the other cards, suggests that The Wheel has turned. A new cycle is ready to begin. And this is wand-flavored. Where are we going? What's the big idea? What's the new passion?
Considering that we have the 4 of Wands on the other side, it could be creating a new community. It could be some other creative or spiritual project—one that is less pentacle-oriented. If pentacles are concerned with Value TM, wands are more concerned with passion and fire. Sagittarius, you sure are a fire sign.
If you have been getting other signals also suggesting to start the new thing, let this be the one that finally propels you into divine and inspired action toward your new goals. I'm very curious about whatever your Aries New Moon intentions might have been. It's possible these are aligned with whatever those were. I have no cards to support this. This is just a feeling I had.

Capricorn

Stop (left) - 2 of Wands (R)
Anchor (center) - The Devil
Start (right) - Strength
Capricorn, I think that you want to have it both ways. There's a part of you though that knows that that's not going to work. This week's message feels maybe a little suspiciously straightforward, but here we go.
Underneath your deck, we have the Ace of Wands. There is definitely a passion, something new, that's a lighting of fire under your ass, and I love that. Where this gets complicated is the fact that you have the 2 of Wands in reverse for your Stop card. This is what leads me to believe that you think you can have it both ways. And this Stop card is here to remind you that these two things are incompatible.
I have a suspicion. I think you want to do the creative thing but also the safe thing. That's just what I get. The 2 of Wands is a really strategic and forward-looking card. Wands are about passion and 2s are about aligned choices. And about reining in the magic of the 1s (embodied by The Magician) so we can begin to develop it—harnessing the power strategically, to where it can be diverted into the proper channel.
So the fact that this card presents upside down, to me, suggests two passions or paths that are incompatible. Some of the keywords from The Book include: fear of change, playing it safe, and fear of the unknown. Which one of these things is keeping you from pulling the trigger on your Ace of Wands? Just by virtue of the fact that you’re Capricorn, I have my suspicions that it has to do with what is pragmatic and efficient and safe. There is nothing wrong inherently with wanting to feel supported. I understand why Capricorn desires this. But where is the fun?
Truly embrace the spirit of the wands requires sacrificing certainty and the feeling of the ground beneath your feet. Capricorn wisdom is all about establishing good foundations so your dreams have the security and the scaffolding to support them. So what is this? I'm sure this feels really counterintuitive and like a slap in the face to everything you know and believe. But I invite you to trust me just a little bit more.
For your Start card, we have Strength. You should never have had to be this strong. AndI know that you have a weird relationship with Strength. You are strong because life made you that way. It's bittersweet because it serves you well, but at what cost did it come?
So, in this moment, since we're dealing with wands, I have a reframe for you. Strength has the astrological correspondence of Leo. And Leo captures a lot of different things: leadership, strength of personality, being heart-centered, et cetera. A fixed fire sign, I feel like if Capricorn is going to relate to any of the fire signs, it's going to be Leo. It has a sturdy and regal nature that resonates. Let this be the bridge.
Leo is also deeply creative and passionate. Leo is less concerned with the stability of their dream than Capricorn. They simply trust that they have the ability and the fortitude to deal with whatever comes their way. Capricorn, you are invited to trust yourself in this creative process. Instead of the earth beneath your feet supporting you, let your heart serve as your earth. If you are grounded in your heart, then you can't fail.
Because here's the scoop. If you are creating, you are already succeeding. Being creative isn't about a destination—it's about a journey. The act of creating is the goal. Winning or losing isn't really the right lens. You're either doing or not doing. Trust yourself, Capricorn. Have fun. Access your vulnerability. It will serve you well.

Aquarius

Stop (left) - 3 of Pentacles (R)
Anchor (center) - The Star (R)
Start (right) - 8 of Pentacles (R)
Aquarius, all of your cards are upside down. I can imagine you're probably feeling a little bit lost and out of alignment. This one might feel a little bit raw. Sorry not sorry.
Underneath your deck, you have the Ace of Wands, suggesting a new passion or a new direction. Like, you want something different than whatever it is you currently have. Novelty! You're allowed to dream. It's what you do best.
So for your Stop card, we have the 3 of Pentacles in reverse. And on the other side of that, we have the 10 of Cups in reverse. I think you have found yourself in with a crowd that is not aligned for you and does not support you. The inverted 3 of Pentacles suggest that you are working with a group that is inefficient, dysfunctional, unproductive, et cetera. And the 10 of Cups suggests a larger community that you're unhappy with and don't feel supported by.
So the Stop card is calling attention to these things and advising that you perhaps step away from them. Aquarius is concerned with community and believes that what is good for the gander is good for the goose. But that feels a little dogmatic to say: that any community is good just by virtue of being a community. The KKK is also a community.
So let's get real. Is this group what you thought it was? Is this where you want to be? Are these people you can grow with? Are these people aligned?
Turning our attention to your Start card, you have the 8 of Pentacles in reverse. Which seems kind of weird for a Start card. The 8 of Pentacles in the upright position is really concerned with putting your nose to the grindstone, mastering a new skill, that kind of thing.
I can't ignore the fact that all of your cards are upside down. This suggests that maybe you don't see the situation clearly. My read on this is to focus on work that feels individually. And this is fine tuned by looking at the next card. The Magician is the first numbered card in the major arcana, immediately following The Fool, and kicks off a cycle. It is a burst of creative energy. But again, this is emphasis on the start of something—the very first step.
Which ties back to the Ace of Wands being underneath your deck—this desire to start something new. The Magician isn't good at whatever it is he's trying to do right off the bat. He holds space for improvement. So with that context, we look again at this 8 of Pentacles and it gives some new flavor.
To me, this says: be the apprentice. Do it for your own reasons—not because it’s what the group needs. Focus on the craft. Do it because you love it—not because it is what is useful to the group. Do the work without regard for its usefulness. Allow yourself to be imperfect as you do it. Have fun!
You're allowed to pick up new interests and fully explore them. Once you get into it, you might find that you're not good at it or that it is different than you expected. But in order to come to those conclusions, you have to try. You have to make space for the possibility that you won't be good at the thing at first—if ever!
But crafts aren't about being good at a thing, necessarily. Sometimes you just do these things because they're fun and you like doing them. Having a creative outlet is important—now more than ever.

Start (right) - The World
Pisces, I think it's possible the eclipse might have hit you really hard. And the transition of Neptune from Pisces to Aries may have been really jarring and triggering for you. I say that because for our Stop card, we have the 8 of Swords and I don't love that for you.
Basically, I'm sure that illusions have been shattered or new illusions have taken their place. And maybe you are not confident in your ability to discern what is real and what is false right now. Like, we have a sword-flavored card here. You're in the scary brain prison. And it feels really unhelpful for the advice to be: simply step outside of the brain prison. So I will try to do a little bit better and make this a little bit more comforting and actionable.
First of all though, I again acknowledge what a weird transition and mental time this is with the transit of Neptune, your ruler. You are strong enough to pull this off. I know that so many of us hate to be reminded of how strong we are, because being strong is HARD, but it bears repeating. This is an 8 card, which goes back to the Strength card, No. 8.
This is not your first deep dive. This is not your first break from reality. This is not your first crazy rodeo. You have done this before and you are better prepared than you think. You have the tools to deal with this. You just have to be present enough with yourself and your body to remember that you have these tools: this Strength, this skill set, and a lifetime of experience. This is always the hardest part.
On the bottom of your deck, we do have the 4 of Pentacles—4 as in sturdy, and pentacles as in earth. You are really looking for some solid ground right now and I do not blame you. You want the truth to be easy—tangible and accessible—something that you can grab with your hands and hold onto for dear life.
Which feels weird to Pisces. Since when do we crave the earth? The answer to that is when we feel like we are floating off and feel truly lost. You are allowed to want this, Pisces. It is okay to desire the feeling of the ground beneath your feet. Sometimes swimming gets exhausting and you want to feel the floor of the sea beneath you, if only for a moment. Remember that the Earth holds the water you swim in.
Moving on to your Start card, we do have The World. This feels big. This brain prison feels like it has thrown out everything that you believe to be true and now you don't know what to replace it with. Perhaps it feels like the end of a cycle because it is.
It looks like the action item is to acknowledge it and then to step into the portal. There is a whole new world waiting for you on the other side. In fact, on the other side of The World, we have the 4 of Wands—another 4, sturdy, supportive, but moving.
Because it is The World, a literally change of venue could be really supportive to you in this time. Or, if you can't (or don’t want to) change venue in a physical way, perhaps a new set of people—community—can be tremendously supportive, especially as you are being reborn into a new cycle. Find the people who are already there. They can give you the lay of the land. Good luck on your journey, Pisces.
